Disney Plus Day has traditionally been hosted in November or September. With the kick-off of September upon us and no confirmation from Disney in sight, it is likely that Disney Plus Day will happen on October 16th, the 100-year anniversary mark for Disney, or its originally slotted date of November 12.
Disney+ Day is a virtual event celebrating the releases and announcements of highly anticipated projects from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, National Geographic, and 20th Century Studios.
Anticipation is running high as many announcements are expected for the streaming service, and the excitement continues leading into the 100-year anniversary of Disney. It is unclear how all the announcements will stack up and how Disney Plus Day will add to the celebration of Disney 100.
